Regardless of age, physical ability, previous education or gender, dancing is an activity that can be practiced by anyone.
The main goal of my classes is to help you build a healthy and balanced body, gain self-confidence and feel great while dancing. It also stimulates the brain and relieves stress, in addition to improving fitness and coordination.
After all, the most important thing in life is that dancing brings you joy and pleasure.
