Come and join us for a two-hour Intensive Salsa ON2 Workshop with Adèle & MO, who will teach you how to improve and perfect your moves on the dance floor.

14:00-15:00 Salsa On2 - Partnerwork

The programme will be focused on:

Basic steps

- Introduction to the basic steps of Salsa ON2.

- Proper weight transfer between steps.

- Elegant posture for balance and control of movement.

Working with a partner and dance connection

- Learn how to create a strong connection with a dance partner, with emphasis on timing and the ability to interpret dance figures.

- Explore innovative techniques for working with a partner and integrate modern movements to enhance expression and fluidity.

Musicality

- Practice more complex footwork sequences to build rhythm and timing.

Spinning techniques

- Techniques for balanced and controlled spins focusing on insight, balance and posture.
